Your environment

CACEIS in Switzerland is seeking a VIE based in its Zurich office to support the Coverage & Client Success teams in Switzerland, in combination with providing administrative support to its Zurich Branch.

The Coverage & Client Success teams play a critical role in supporting the daily commercial and client relationship management activities of our Swiss clients, in both French and German-speaking part of Switzerland. The Zurich Branch is one of the local CACEIS Swiss entities, with over 25 staff, providing commercial, client success and operational client facing services to our Swiss client in the German speaking part of Switzerland.

This position will allow you to be fully integrated into several dynamic teams, giving you the opportunity to be part of the day-to-day commercial and client success activity of CACEIS in Switzerland, while participating into several exciting initiatives: day-to-day tracking of commercial activity and client satisfaction, support to commercial teams, implementation of new best practises, tools and ideas, supporting the organisation of Client or Team events and be at the heart of the life of a dynamic office in the centre of Zurich city.


Your mission & Key Responsibilities

Coverage & Client Success Support  (60%)

  • Support the Coverage & Client Success teams and in particular the Head of Regional Coverage (HRC) and Head of Client Success (HCS), ensuring alignment with CACEIS’ strategic objectives, commercial and client satisfaction goals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the Coverage and Client Success teams across Nyon and Zurich locations, providing support to ensure the smooth monitoring of commercial activities.
  • Support the HRC and HCS in monitoring performance, track results, and report on the effectiveness of the team’s initiatives and strategies.
  • Support the HRC and HCS in preparing group reporting, organising the various commercial committees (Business Committee, Deal Review Committee, Client Satisfaction Committee etc) and defining the yearly Commercial Action Plan for the Swiss Zone.
  • Collaborate with Swiss senior leadership and other BUs/BLs leads to ensure cohesive and integrated business strategies.

Administrative Support for the Zurich Branch (40%)

  • Supporting the senior leadership of the Zurich Branch in various administrative task.
  • General Office Post and Mailbox management of the Zurich Branch, handling incoming and outgoing mails and coordinating shipping logistics including preparation and dispatch of letters and packages via different carriers (DHL, FEDEX etc.).
  • Managing the Zurich Branch main phone line / switchboard and Reception duties, acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and suppliers.
  • Coordination and handling of all accounts payable, including invoice verification and timely payments.
  • Organising and managing marketing, office and facility supplies to ensure smooth daily operations in the Zurich branch.

With this role you will build an understanding of our group’s market position and products offering, as well as an ability to work with senior staff with diverse expertise in a structured and dynamic environment, in a highly client-centric organisation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record or appetite in providing several Sales or Client Success reporting, implementing best practices, developing new ideas, tools and reports, and supporting various teams including senior leadership across a variety of functions.
