The Senior Support Analyst, you will assist and support production and users, in particular by harnessing his/her expertise and by providing support on the system used by the function. He/she is responsible for the continuous improvement of business processes and their quality reporting. Finally, to takes charge of or oversees technical-functional topics in relation to business line and as assigned by his/her manager.

What will you do?

 

System Support & Maintenance

  • Administer and support all types of system related updates and data analyzing related to the technical support.
  • Support Function experience, including Data Maintenance, Investigation and system support on the business application.
  • Working closely with the business unit to resolve and support technical queries.
  • Oversee and support day to day work of and ensuring accurately and timely execution and work closely with stakeholders to identify issues and translate them into technical requirements for system updates or setups.
  • User support & troubleshooting – Point of contact for system errors and manage data integrity.
  • Accurate and timely execution of agreed day to day processes supporting the business unit and taking ownership of the functions across a range of Private Capital Services structures.
  • Work on an information system tool in accordance with the permissions defined to make modifications and/or corrections to data/parameters as needed, in compliance with the defined strategy (in conjunction with the production business lines).
  • Provide assistance and support other business unit in the framework of one-off or recurring events (implementation of new system enhancement or services, seasonal activities, temporary assignment, etc.).

Team & Operational Support

  • Maintain strong operational controls and quality checks to ensure high levels of data accuracy and integrity.
  • All deadlines need to be monitored & any issues escalated & communicated appropriately to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the business unit and the IT/Dev department for system upgrades and bug reporting.
  • Manage system update requests to provide the functional response and meeting the quality requirements as soon as possible.
  • Within his/her area of expertise, participate in the ongoing training of employees to advance learning about production tools and business line technicalities or enhance the business line knowledge of teams (training materials, procedure, training, etc.).
  • Consolidate and analyze complex requests, then respond to them within his/her scope or direct them to the appropriate teams (especially IT).

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • Minimum 4 years in relevant Fund accounting and / or financial reporting

Level of minimal experience

3-5 years

  • Robust system maintenance workflow management experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals
