Aufgaben

The local BC team is in close cooperation with IT and the business teams in order to discuss and prepare solutions to minimize the  impact on the core business in case of disaster. Business Continuity is integrated in the local office and facility management team due the comprehensive nature of most topics.

The function requires a sound understanding of IT infrastructure and the processes of the bank and the local business departments. Communication and coordination to Group or CASA entities and interpretation of policies and legal requirements is mandatory.

BCM team has to master regularly extensive information and data as well as well understanding of complex problems or time critical decisions.

  • Planning and Coordination of BCM requirements by regularly assessment of business demands , group policies and legal or regulatory requirements
  • Issuing and permanent maintenance of documentation like business impact analysis, emergency handbook and emergency plans
  • Execution of DRP tests respectively coordination of Tests with IT and Provider
  • Crisis coordinator in case of fundamental incidents
  • Support in permanent tasks for Office Management such as procurement, provider contracting and monitoring, permanent support for tools and Solutions
  • Carry out permanent controls
