Job summary

  • Responsible for the effective and efficient management of the team, ensuring that all services are rendered in an accurate and timely manner
  • Accountable for the cross location collaboration (other GSP Centers) to ensure contingency support as well as consistency in procedures and delivery
  • Accountable for the quality of the services delivered & for the management of a team or an activity - first level of escalation
  • Accountable for procedures' validation and implementation
  • Promote quality of deliverables by motivating, coaching and developing team members
  • Identify and share development and training needs , design training plan for the year
  • Accountable for the appraisal process (set clear annual business objectives and review them mid-year), absence tracking
  • Responsible for identifying areas where efficiencies and accuracy improvements can be made and implement a plan of action
