Job summary
The incumbent will be in partnership with Operations Controls and/or Global Risk Management teams to independently seek feedback and guidance in navigating the controls around the identified risks within Client Invoicing, by reference to CACEIS Standards, whilst also being accountable for communicating, verifying and reporting against application of those Standards so as to ensure I&TS maintain an effective and sustainable overall risk management practices.
What will you do
- Plan and execute inspection of incoming inputs and /or outgoing outputs to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
- Plan & execute inspection of processes and controls executed by the business /functional stakeholders to confirm compliance/adherence conformance to policies, frameworks, guidelines, procedures, checklists and scopes of audit
- Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
- Design & report escalations, complaints and/ or reported quality issues to Head of Department.
- Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation.
- Monitor, maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring
- Work closely with Client Invoicing business managers on improving quality, timeliness and voice of clients
- Work closely with Management and Operational Risk Management and to understand the quality issues, control weaknesses, error trends and reasons
- Work closely with the business & Operational Risk to ensure that there is an adequate and effective system of internal controls and processes to address gaps, process breaks or inefficiencies
- Work with all dedicated projects teams to delivery all required project documentation and feedback.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have
Bachelor’s degree, Professional qualifications or related experience
Senior Analyst role will be considered between 3-5 year of relevant industry and working experience
Technical understanding of Static Data Set-up and Pricing process
Product knowledge across Investor Services
Nice to have
- Candidate with professional certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor will be added advantage
- Good knowledge of Excel and Access (VBA and SQL will be added advantages)
