Job summary

The Product Manager works in the following areas, according to his/her scope of responsibility;

· The design and development of product solutions to support customer retention, target customer acquisition and improve the customer experience;

· The ideation and leadership of initiatives that bring growth/improvement to product profitability;

· The management of product standards, commercial and contractual conditions;

· Analysis of regulatory watch information and competitive intelligence

· Marketing assistance

· Promotion of the CACEIS offer

Supplementary Information

What will you do?

· Identify opportunities to change existing products or to create new products

· Ensure the definition of the set of services constituting a new product (or adaptations to an existing product) and define the standard pricing for this product

· Contribute to the new product development phase

· Design and updates the marketing kit which contains, at a minimum, the Product documentation, standard pricing structure and a sample contract

· Train and support the sales teams

· Showcase CACEIS products by writing internal and external articles and participating in market events and forums

  • Excellent English skills - Interact in English in writing (email, presentations, etc.) and orally (meetings, telephone) with players within the organisation (e.g. entities) and/or outside the organisation (level 3)
  • Office automation - Independently use most of the standard functionalities of office software in the context of unit activities (level 3)
  • Project Management - Take charge of the progress and monitoring of a worksite or a stage of a project (e.g. statement of requirements, functional

  • Client-oriented behaviours (“Think Client”) - Acquire knowledge of the behaviour outlined in the Think Client charter and put it into practice, in relation to his/her activity, promote the charter and its implementation on a daily basis within CACEIS, and foster the development of everyone and him/herself on a daily basis (level 3)
  • Compliance - Acquire knowledge of the regulatory framework and internal directives through training and promote and systematically implement the standard procedures for verifying compliance in order to detect malfunctions and inform the identified contacts (direct manager or compliance officer) of them (level 3)
  • Risk culture - Be aware of the procedures applicable to the activity carried out, be vigilant in the performance of your duties and anticipate the consequences of your actions, particularly on other CACEIS businesses and on the client. Communicate and alert your manager immediately if you identify an atypical and risky situation, and report any proven incident without delay in accordance with Matrisk procedures (level 3)
