Job summary
Data Management (DM) Business Application Support (BAS) Milvus provides functional support to end-users of business applications. It is a global function providing services to all geographies for applications in-scope.
Reporting to the Manager, Data Management team, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of static data request from Milvus, SWIFT repairs queue and daily message housekeeping task.
You will be supporting Global business with 8 working hours a day.
Shift hours would be between 4:00pm to 1:00am MYT.

What will you do?
- Application custodian role activities, if required, such as:
- Change request in Milvus static
- Information request for Milvus data extraction - cash, trade or audit
- Review/ clean up in swift/ trade operation systems:
- Repair failed and Nack’d swift messages, repair swift errors or failed validation
- Route outstanding BESS print messages
