What will you do? 

  • To ensure that all agreed control and process are being followed by the Foreign Exchange (FX) operations team by conducting control sampling review and on the day to day processing.
  •  To perform process review to identify gap and promote risk free processing.
  • To front line all new process and project as part of process improvement or onboarding by working closely with the operation manager and Senior Management team, which may result in improvement of our risk environment.
  •  Responsible to drive any operational effectiveness process and project in mind of transforming the current operating model to achieve a better and more robust operating model.
  • Create end to end model by incorporating Bank & Trust into one single operation model.
  • Support by holding the team accountable to the service alignment, accuracy and quality by developing efficient process model and risk governance.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Degree in related field including Finance or Accounting or in any field.

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years

Experience

Must Have

  • Experienced as a People Manager.
  • Payments background / experience in swift formatting. 
  • Detailed knowledge of cash markets and securities industry. 
  • Extensive operational knowledge / experience in Transaction Management, Corporate Actions, Foreign Exchange, Cash Payments, Shareholder Services, Fund Accounting or equivalent.
  • Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and networking skills with a proven track record of dealing with clients and colleagues.
  • Risk management and mitigation focus.

 

Nice-to-have

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytic skills.
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of swift payments processing.
  • Process improvement and streamlining experience.
  • Conversant and have worked with core custody platforms for Cash Management.
